Wedding photos - Decor Edition

This post is full of wedding decor only as I will be posting ceremony photos in the coming days.

All credit of decor goes to our family and family friends, since they worked so very hard on every piece of cuteness for our wedding day!

The getting ready edition of photos is located directly under this post.

Ceremony location
The wreath at the top of the barn belongs to my Mother.
She added cotton to give it more color - wonderful idea!

The centerpieces and flowers were absolutely stunning.
Church friends of the Hargett's are to credit for them. They were amazing.
The flowers were purchased in bulk from Sam's club.
Milk cans, burlap, mason jars ...How could this day not be perfect?

More photos to come soon!

Wedding Photos - Getting Ready

Have I mentioned lately how blessed that I am with such amazing family members and friends? Well, I am. I mean these ladies and the guys as well help my wedding day conquer perfection on so many different levels.

Our photography is typically done by one of my best friends Heather Qualls, but on this day I wanted her to be apart of the ceremony rather than having to work. But she was such a sweetie and brought her camera along anyhow - thank goodness. I am pretty sure that everyone had her camera that afternoon, which made for some of the best snap shots!

There are going to be several wedding photo posts for the next week or so, so make sure to stay tuned!

A recap of our wedding day while getting ready to the big "I do" :

Giving Charli Beth her bracelet and ring to wear

Reading the note that Curtis wrote to me... I was trying my best to NOT cry.
Then the "p.s." made me giggle

My beautiful sister Ashley; A.K.A my Maid of Honor
My Mom getting her corsage on.
Ashley, myself and our cousin Buffy that came from TN to be with me on my big day.
It meant the world to me that she came up early just to spend time with us!

Story of Mommy

My photo
I am a sinner saved by the grace of God. A wife to the 5oh, and Mother to Charli Beth and Bryar. This is my story of Motherhood, life experiences and sometimes even my overwhelming heart all typed out. I believe in second chances, yet the firm hand of parenting. That sweet tea is of the comfort food category. Chickens belong in every backyard. Children should each have a responsibility of their own while helping take care of duties in the home. Sports are a must for our family, and we spend many nights on courts or fields. We consistently feel new to each of the experiences that are brought into our lives. But we are always excited for the journey in which God has given us.
