Giveaway & update!

I seen on the cute little Roland family's blog that a lady named Kristen is celebrating her 100th post by having a give-away of a Vera Bradley bag and I must say that it is totally adorable! Go by her blog and read the details about the give-away there are many ways to get a ton of entries! Good luck to all that enter!!

I haven't really had much to blog about this week, except the many exciting things that have been going on at work! haha. Just kidding! Charli and I did our weekly picnic at the lake again this week, and I do have pictures to share, but sadly forgot the camera at home. She was able to go back to the babysitter this week and had a blast there with all of the kiddos! If Charli Beth ever becomes a big sister, I know she will be an amazing one (minus wanting all of the attention!) I have never seen a little girl more amazed by babies, and how babies interact with other people. Tonight after a very long exhausting day of absolutely nothing, we headed to the Saddle Club to watch the horse show. She loves anything to do with animals, especially horses. I suppose even though I have never had the opportunity to have much interaction w/ horses, she gets that from me! I have always loved them and wanted many horses on a farm "whenever I grew up." She told me tonight, that she wants a horse, and I just know as soon as we have enough land we will be getting one. I'm so excited for the future, I just know that Charli Beth and I have an amazing life ahead of us!!

Story of Mommy

My photo
I am a sinner saved by the grace of God. A wife to the 5oh, and Mother to Charli Beth and Bryar. This is my story of Motherhood, life experiences and sometimes even my overwhelming heart all typed out. I believe in second chances, yet the firm hand of parenting. That sweet tea is of the comfort food category. Chickens belong in every backyard. Children should each have a responsibility of their own while helping take care of duties in the home. Sports are a must for our family, and we spend many nights on courts or fields. We consistently feel new to each of the experiences that are brought into our lives. But we are always excited for the journey in which God has given us.
