Finger Paintin' Fun!

One of the main reasons I love love love being a mommy, is doing things that makes my child belly laugh and have fun!! Here lately we have been baking brownies and other things. Which is a complete mess but hey its fun for her, right? The other day we started a new play time, "finger paint fun." We ruined our clothes ..boo to that! But oh well, memories are what counts!

She did so good at first, making sure that she put color on there!
and then this happened =)
this was so fun to clean up! lol
Yay! Her 1st masterpiece! =)

THanks for leaving my first comment on my blog! I was so exicted. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to comment on my post or come leave it on yours? I'm still trying to figure this out. lol Your little girl is so cute. I'm a single mom too, and I work in law enforcement. I work at a desk though. I'm sure you've heard of the POPS office in Richmond at the Funderburk Building? That is where I work! Have a good Christmas.

Aaaawww...how sweet was that?? We recently made fingerprint calendars to give to grandmas for Christmas so I know how you feel. I cannot believe how big she has gotten either! Thanks for the comments, and for being proud of me! That really makes me feel like it was all worthwhile!

Story of Mommy

My photo
I am a sinner saved by the grace of God. A wife to the 5oh, and Mother to Charli Beth and Bryar. This is my story of Motherhood, life experiences and sometimes even my overwhelming heart all typed out. I believe in second chances, yet the firm hand of parenting. That sweet tea is of the comfort food category. Chickens belong in every backyard. Children should each have a responsibility of their own while helping take care of duties in the home. Sports are a must for our family, and we spend many nights on courts or fields. We consistently feel new to each of the experiences that are brought into our lives. But we are always excited for the journey in which God has given us.
