Charli Beth's Sweet Shoppe

First of all the party was a huge success and I have so many people to thank for making Charli Beth's 4th birthday a hit!
This has been the best party, by far for her that we have had. Mom and I put so much work into making this the most perfect party that we could. Friday night we spend 5 hours decorating...yes peeps I said 5. Isn't that ridiculous? Oh well, she will only be four once!

We were really worried about how the day would turn out since there was a 60% chance of rain and 35 mph wind gusts in the forecasts. But the rain was in and out in the morning hours, and the rest of the day was perfect.
We sent home tons of candy for the kiddos and tooth brushes to make sure they didn't get any "sugar bugs" in their teeth! The party took place at "Enchanted Celebrations" which is right off of the square in our town. Enchanted Celebrations, is a beautiful 3 story home that is well over 100 years. The architecture is so beautiful. I am also completely in love with the color of the walls --my pictures do not do it justice!See the gumball machine picture, ahh isn't it adorable! My Mom scored two of these off the internet and they were so cute & fun! I played with these forever the night that they came in the mail!
My Mom worked so hard on the topiary and these lollipop trees! They were soo cute! The picture board that sat behind the food. These are some of my favorite pictures of Miss Char throughout this year. When she seen the one of her and Chris Young she said "hubba hubba" haha
I'll be doing another post of pictures very soon!

Story of Mommy

My photo
I am a sinner saved by the grace of God. A wife to the 5oh, and Mother to Charli Beth and Bryar. This is my story of Motherhood, life experiences and sometimes even my overwhelming heart all typed out. I believe in second chances, yet the firm hand of parenting. That sweet tea is of the comfort food category. Chickens belong in every backyard. Children should each have a responsibility of their own while helping take care of duties in the home. Sports are a must for our family, and we spend many nights on courts or fields. We consistently feel new to each of the experiences that are brought into our lives. But we are always excited for the journey in which God has given us.
