We had a wonderful time in the Smokies this year, as we do every other year! We did lots of shopping, headed to Dollywood and ate at some fabulous restaurants.
This is the first year that we have went to Dollywood and absolutely loved it! We had such a great time there.
Tanger outlet mall has a few new stores but my all time favorite is: Naartjie I love love that store!
Pigeon Forge now has a mellow mushroom, which was delish as always! We also went to a new home cooking style restaurant called "Mama's Farmhouse" (it is right next to Alamo's Steakhouse) Oh my goodness gracious ladies, you must go there. They bring out big bowls of veggies, three meats, and desert to your table, and you get unlimited food. Ahh, it was Heaven.
Here is a few of the pictures:
Quick story about this rose:
My sisters boyfriend Alex got up from the table to go see the score on the UK game and brought Ashley back a rose. Whenever CB seen the flower, she whispered to me that she would like to have one too. I wanted to finish eating before I went to find the "Derby hat lady" as we called her but I wasn't quick enough so Alex brought her a rose back. Charli's face turned every shade of red, her lip quivered, and she had tears in her eyes. It was the sweetest more precious moment, ever. I think that she may be crushing on Alex now. (Look out Aunt Ashley!!!)

How fun!! I LOVE Naartjie! I could spend SOOO much money there! That story about the rose was the sweetest! Such a precious little girl!
That is so sweet about the rose! I'll have to check that store out. I've never heard of it before.
What a fun trip!! We LOVE Dollywood too!!
How FUN!!! This post definitely makes me wanna go even more! :) Glad you had such fun!
A few posts back you wrote about your breakup and how hard it was for your daughter. I felt very heartbroken for her when I read that post. Recently you tweeted about going out on a date with him again and I would just like to say that is the most irresponsible thing I ever heard and I lost so much respect for you when I read that. You already put your daughter through that once, what is going to happen to her when you breakup for the 10th time. You two need to grow up and stop with the on again off again relationship for the sake of your daughter. It is very irresponsible of you. Something is obviously not right with the relationship or you wouldn't have already broken up more than once.
I don't mean to be mean but as a single mom myself and the daughter of a single mom, it kills me to see women who bring guy after guy in and out of their kids life. It is so very hard on the kid. If you and this guy or any other guy are going to date, you need to keep that out of your daughters life until you are SURE it is going to last.
Great pictures! It looks like you had a fun trip!
