26 weeks + 4 days

Pregnancy Highlights:

Today 8/13/2011
My little copy cat & I

I tweeted this photo earlier this week questioning the fact of why maxi dresses seem to always make you look larger. But I have a love for them like no other.

Total Weight Gain/Loss: 7 lbs

Maternity Clothes: ha! Yes!

Gender: Boy! -- Bryar Wayne

Movement: Practically all of the time. Although, he seems to really be getting on a schedule lately.

Sleep: Oh me, I wish I could complain but I know it is only going to get harder. I get up at least 1-2 times a night to use the bathroom, and another 6 just to turn over from side to side.

What I miss: nothing as of right now.

Cravings: I still have not craved anything. It is quite strange since my appetite has been in full force this entire week.

Best Moment this week: I have honestly had a couple of "woo-hoo" moments this past week. Charli Beth started kindergarten, my Husband cleaned out his "Uniform room" which will soon be turning into a nursery, spent time with my sister and my Mom. I am also going tomorrow after work to buy this changing table that we found on Craigslist (it will have to be painted) but worth the money.

So glad you all are doing well. It is so funny how preparing for baby like the changing table and etc. makes it all feel so much more real. Especially for the Daddies!

Story of Mommy

My photo
I am a sinner saved by the grace of God. A wife to the 5oh, and Mother to Charli Beth and Bryar. This is my story of Motherhood, life experiences and sometimes even my overwhelming heart all typed out. I believe in second chances, yet the firm hand of parenting. That sweet tea is of the comfort food category. Chickens belong in every backyard. Children should each have a responsibility of their own while helping take care of duties in the home. Sports are a must for our family, and we spend many nights on courts or fields. We consistently feel new to each of the experiences that are brought into our lives. But we are always excited for the journey in which God has given us.
