Black Friday 2010

Black Friday has kicked.my.big.rump
Oh my word!
It was fun, crazy, and exhausting but I absolutely LOVE shopping on Black Friday!

We start every year around 10 pm and finish usually around 8 am!
Sadly, the worst part of the trip was standing in line at Walmart for over 2 1/2 hours, which was simply ridiculous since they would not open hardly any of the check out lanes.

A lady behind me asked a employee of walmart why they would not open the other lanes, the employees answer was "How about I get you an application and then you can take care of that?!" I'm not so sure that she will have a job in a few days...

People were playing Marco/Polo while waiting in line.
It was funny, but then got annoying, which lead to.......
Please refrain from wanting to jump through the computer and pinch my chubby cheeks because I know the dark roots and spotty face is just to.die.for!
ha. =)

Did you go black Friday shopping?

More power to ya girl! My sleep is too valuable these days. I do plan to go shopping tomorrow and I think I'm crazy enough for that. I hope you got some good deals!

No Black Friday shopping for me, I was nice and warm in my bed. I heard the lines around here at Walmart were only 20 minutes (quicker than what they are on any typical day)!

wanted to,have before but just didnt have enough money to do so.although mike left and got to target to go after one thing and saw how long the line was outside before opening and decided he wasn't going to mess with it and probably wouldnt get what he went for so he came back home.we must start shopping soon though as we have nothing for the kids or the little kids on each side of the family. I hope u got a lot of good deals and got what u were wanting to get.

Hey! My fiancé and I went BLACK Friday shopping this morning (we started around 3:30am) and came home around 7:30am went back to sleep then I went back out with my sister. We tried Target at 4am and the line was backed up clear into another developments parking lot here in Kentucky. It was crazy madness there today, but luckily when my sister and I went back out early this morning we still were able to find some good deals! Hope you had as much fun as me!

Merry Christmas season!

Story of Mommy

My photo
I am a sinner saved by the grace of God. A wife to the 5oh, and Mother to Charli Beth and Bryar. This is my story of Motherhood, life experiences and sometimes even my overwhelming heart all typed out. I believe in second chances, yet the firm hand of parenting. That sweet tea is of the comfort food category. Chickens belong in every backyard. Children should each have a responsibility of their own while helping take care of duties in the home. Sports are a must for our family, and we spend many nights on courts or fields. We consistently feel new to each of the experiences that are brought into our lives. But we are always excited for the journey in which God has given us.
